王梅燕
王梅燕，女，1989年生，医学博士，硕士生导师。天津商业大学生食学院制药工程系教师。
教育背景：
2012-2017 天津医科大学 药理学 博士（硕博连读）；
2008-2012 山东第一医科大学（原泰山医学院）制药工程 学士。
获得荣誉：
1.天津市“131”创新型人才培养工程第三层次人选；
2.天津市高校“青年后备人才支持计划”人选；
3.国际食品杂志《Food Science and Human Wellness》等审稿人。

研究方向：药食同源功能食品中功能因子的分离、生物活性及作用机制研究。
